When and Where To Exhibit With IAHCSMM

Full Conference Dates: May 5 - May 8, 2013
Exhibits Open: Tuesday, May 7, 2013 (8:30am - 4:00pm)
Exhibitor Set -Up: Monday, May 6, 2013 (8:00am - 5:00pm)
Exhibitor move-out: Tuesday, May 7, 2013 (immediately after show close)

Fees:

  • Standard 10’x10’ Booth:$2,000
  • Corner 10’x10’ Booth:$2,500
  • Website direct url link (online listing only):$25 (additional)
  • A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure all booth spaces
  • Balance of amount due is required on or before April 1, 2013
  • Space is assigned in the order that contracts are received, unless a competitor conflict has been indicated
  • Lead retrieval devices will be available for rent to track attendee contact information
  • Complimentary registration for each listed representative to attend the education sessions (Exhibitors are encouraged to attend any of the educational sessions as part of their purchase of an exhibit space, though we request that you please allow primary seating to registrants). The ticket price for social events is not included in the exhibitor fee, and may be available for purchase on-site by the sponsoring vendor.
  • CE point credit given only to paid registrants. To receive individual CE point credit for educational sessions, an exhibitor must register additionally as an attendee and pay current rates at time of purchase.

Exhibit Space Includes:

  • Main Expo hall is carpeted
  • Eight-foot back draping with three-foot high draped side rails
  • Identification sign with your company name and booth number
  • 100-word company description and contact information in the 2013 Program and Guide to the Expo, to form a separate handout distributed with each attendee’s registration materials
  • Up to four representatives per 10’x10’ booth are permitted to participate on the exhibit floor

Repair Vehicle Display Includes:

  • Vehicles will be on display outside, adjacent to the Main Expo Hall
  • 20’x20’ Blocks of space available
  • Vehicle will be driven and parked by a representative of the exhibiting vendor
  • Viewing of vehicles will occur during exhibit hours (Tuesday, May 7, 2013 8:30am to 4:00pm) on the exhibit floor
  • Purchase fees are for stand-alone repair vehicle displays and additional exhibit booth space must be purchased separately

Hotel Information

The IAHCSMM 2013 Annual Conference & Expo will be held at the Town and Country Resort and Convention Center (including all educational sessions, social events and exhibits). Hotel rooms at the Town and Country, and cut-off for hotel reservations is March 30, 2013. Any reservation received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available and a rate available basis. It is recommended to book your hotel accommodations early.

To secure the negotiated rates, please mention that you are attending the IAHCSMM Annual Conference & Expo when making your reservations.
