About EXX CEL 2000 Plus

EXX CEL 2000 PLUS is a series of eight training kits. Each kit has been designed to be a "turnkey’ training resource with current, practical and critical information of importance to central service and materiel management staff members. It is designed for group training and can be used to provide initial and on-going training experiences for entry-level and other employees with responsibilities in these functional areas.

Managing Safety Hazards in Central Service

Objectives

Disinfectants in Central Service Departments

  6. List six factors which affect chemical action of disinfectants.
  7. Provide basic information about four types of intermediate - level disinfectants and two types of low - level disinfectants.
  8. Review basic information contained on labels of disinfectants.
  9. Explain thirteen factors which should be considered as the proper disinfectant is selected.
