IAHCSMM Call for Poster Submissions

2013 IAHCSMM Annual Conference & Expo
May 5 – 8, 2013 • Town and Country Resort • San Diego, California

IAHCSMM would like to invite you to submit a poster presentation for the 2013 Annual Conference and Expo.  Now's the time to put your positive learning experiences in front of your peers and showcase them in this important educational offering.

Poster displays, which are prominently featured during the conference for all attendees to read and examine, have become a popular educational offering for Annual Conference attendees. Not only do they offer a unique way to share your knowledge and experience with your peers, they open the door for CS professionals like you to highlight a wide range of CS-related successes - from quality improvement, cost saving and patient safety initiatives to infection prevention, staff development and customer relations improvements, and much more.

Format: IAHCSMM will convert the submitted PowerPoint presentations to a poster format and mount on a 4’x6' foam-board for display during the Annual Conference in San Diego. A list of posters will also be printed in the Conference Program and Guide to the Expo.

Poster Submission Selection Process: IAHCSMM reviews each poster submission and reserves the right to refuse to publish any poster without reason. Confirmation of acceptance/denial of your poster submission will be given within 30 days of receipt of the PowerPoint presentation, one page summary and signed release form

Fee: IAHCSMM will bear the cost for the creation and shipment of the poster to San Diego for display.

Location and Schedule: Posters will be displayed near the IAHCSMM registration desk from Sunday, May 5 through Tuesday, May 7.

Deadline: March 1, 2013
