Full Conference Dates: May 4-7, 2014
Exhibitor Set-Up: Monday, May 5
Exhibits Open: Tuesday, May 6 (8:00am – 2:30pm)
Exhibitor Move-Out: Tuesday, May 6 (immediately after show)
Exhibit Space Includes:
- Eight-foot back draping with three-foot high draped side rails
- Identification sign with your company name and booth number
- 200-word company description and contact information in the 2014 Program and Guide to the Expo, to form a separate handout distributed with each attendee’s registration materials
- Up to four representatives per 10’x10’ booth are permitted to participate on the exhibit floor
- Exhibit hall is not carpeted
Vehicle Display Includes:
- 20’x40’ blocks of space available
- All vehicles will be indoors, on the exhibit floor
- Viewing of vehicles will occur during exhibit hours (Tuesday, May 6, 8am – 2:30pm)
- Purchase fees are for stand-alone repair vehicle displays and additional exhibit booth space must be purchased separately
