Past President Sybil Williams
Opens Her Home to Katrina Evacuees
With so many hospitals caught in the path of destruction, many within our own discipline have been affected, both personally and professionally. IAHCSMM's past president, Sybil Williams—who once resided in New Orleans and now lives in Texas—had so many family members affected by the hurricanes that she has literally set up what she refers to as "Camp Sybil" at her Houston home for more than 70 individuals.
