I have been working in materials management, and in a central supply for over 5 years now, I recently became a certified central tech. My boss gave me an application for "certification in healthcare materiel management concepts application", all I have is this application, can someone tell me how do I get a study guide or walk me thru this process? My boss is never available so I cant ask him too much on the subject. Also, what are the benefits of having this type of certification? Thank you very much!!!

Go back to the IAHCSMM website's "home page."
Under the Education title at the top, scroll down to "Certification" and click.
Click on the blue bar: "IAHCSMM is Raising the Bar in the CS Profession" and that should provide you with all the information you need.
