How long in the bath?

I was wondering how long you usually sonic your lap instrumentation? We have an irrigating sonic that is new and very powerful. In fact its making so much noise people are requesting ear plugs!
The DaVinci endowrist suggests 15 min of sonic time for their instruments.

If DaVinci states 15 minutes, I would follow that.
Have you checked with the sonic manufacturer to confirm the machine is operating as intended and/or it is installed correctly? I wouldn't think a sonic would cycle loud enough for ear plug requests without something being amiss.....
