Autoclave Carriages

Does antyone use a lubricant producy to lubricate the rollers on theautoclave carriages. Ours are getting difficult to roll and I am concerned that one of my staff may have an injury because of this. I had the rollers replaced last year. I was told that these rollers would provide free and easy rolling for years. Unfortunaely that does not appear to be the case. Does anyone have a product they use to lubricate these rollers?

in the past we have had this problem - I had maintanence check them - they replaced the ball bearings and that solved the problem - we do not lubricate them at all if the bearings are good you should have no problem

We have had a similar problem, order part number 759426-091 from Steris, that's the grease they use for the rollers. We have our maint. folks lubricate them about every two months.
