Rusty sterelizer carts

Does anyone have a problem with their sterilizer carts getting rusty?
We have fairly new sterilizer carts and we wash them down on a weekly basis and have noticed the shelves starting to get rusty. We are trying to figure out what could be causing this.

After a certain time carts get rusty, and it's probably the time to get new ones! Not the case for you since they are "fairly new". Why exactly you wash them every week? Could that be why you see rust so quicly on them?

we recently got a new ultra sonic and it said we cant use our cleaner on it and it would cause rust and pitting so are you sure the new washer is compatiable with your cleaner???
