Industry standard for FTE's

I attended the spring IAHCSMM conference, which by the way was well worth the time in gaining new knowledge, reinforcing old, and meeting new peers.
Anyway, it was at this conference that I thought I heard one of the speakers state the industry standard for staffing a CS department . How many CS FTE'S are required( ideally) per OR room?
This information will be very useful as budget time is approaching.

I am trying to get staffing increased and have not been able to find out how staffing standards were initially set up here. In addition to OR instrument service we also do service to all the hospital ( i.e. equipment for patient use, iinstruments used in clinic ,( teaching hospital), L & D inst. specialty carts for floor use, cardiopulmonary, etc.)
Was the conference information on this topic published anywhere?
I would like to gather more data.
