Opthmology Instrument Trays

We Process A Large Volume Of Eye Instrumentation. Many Sets Have Close To 100 Pieces And Are Fine To Extremely Delicate. The Silicone Mats In The Trays Make Turn-arounds Cumbersome, Prevents Proper Ultrasonic Processing, And, I Believe Contributes To Wet Trays. Has Anyone Found A Sterilization Case That Organizes And Secures Large Amounts Of Delicate Instruments With Minimal Silicone Matting?

We had the same problem until we ordered trays with opthalmic holders from micromedics www.micromedics-usa.com and purged our sets of seldom used items, down to 34 from 58.
We reduced our lost items to about zero and have not had a damage problem during processing since we converted.
