Could someone please tell me which aami standard applies to testing the washer/decontaminator to see if it is doing it's job correctly? Also does anyone have any suggestions as to who has the best products out there on the market.

I do not believe it is a standard yet?? The last update did recognize that there are products out there to do so.

We have used the Tosi test. You can get it from a variety of venders. I believe it is marketed by healthmark. Our Gettinge service rep recommended them and even brought us a few for free. Do you have a service contract for your washer? Ask them.

The only flaw with the Tosi is it's directions state to use it on an empty load but I feel it would be more of a challenge and accurate reading to run it on an average or full load.
