I'd like to know how many facilities use a 3rd party vendor for repairs of both normal stainless steel instruments, but also, for scopes, light cords, etc. There's so much competition for business, one place will, "polish" and buff, one checks every instrument, one whatever you want them to. I seem to remember hearing that the polishing, etc. isn't always a good idea. Can anyone help me?
