I have been in and endless request to my dept manager to allow me to rearrange my storage area of instruments. There are more outside orders disposable (endoclips, etc.) that it looks more like a bulk storage room then an instrument storage room. I am expected to just " find a spot" for the instruments while the disposables and have taken priority. I am at my wits end. The instrument packs are constantly being torn or found with holes because of where I can "cramp" them. I don't know what to do to get them to take this seriously. Is there any group, (AAMI, JAHCO, AORN) I should contact for support? PLZ HELP!!
