The SPD area of our hospital just received word that we will have to start processing a gastric endoscope. I was wondering if this is a common practice for SPD to do or is it taken care of mostly by staff that use them. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks CD>

I see this is an older thread, but I was wondering if we could get an update on this? Are you guys processing the scopes still, Chris? Have you had any trouble or problems? We have been processing all of our GI scopes as well as our flex uro scopes, bronch and laryngo scopes.

Sorry for the dumb question but is there any special way of cleaning reusable needles? Thanks for your help
