Good afternoon everyone,
I am looking for information on metrics and benchmarks for Sterile Processing areas. Specifically, what are you all measuring for quality and safety in your SPD's; how are you measuring; against what benchmarks.
Also, how are you measuring error rates among SPD staff: by set, by individual instrument, other?
Any tools or resources you can provide would be gratefully appreciated.
