What are the guidelines for storing biological records for steam, flash, and ETO records? I was under the impression that steam is 7 years, and ETO is 30 years. Are there any requirements for how long records must be kept on site before archiving? I keep 1 year on site.

its good for 3 years now it use to be 5

It verys from state to state. You need to check with your risk management department and your state health department. I have seen it from 3 years to 30 years. There is not one standard for all fifty states.
