Does anybody know where I can get items to cushion the corners of trays?

I've always just used Huck Towel placed under/around the set. It seems like it would cost a lot to buy pads specifically for that purpose.

Does anybody re-use the O.R. blue towels?

Our blue towels are laundered with everything else and they are used for cleaning, but not used in trays or under trays. We used to use them, that practice was changed just a short time ago, and now we use a laundry with dedicated towels for trays.

Have heard of at last one case where the cushions were used at the four corners, stored and when opened, mold was found growing in the cushion due to moisture present after the cycle.
