Spots,staining On Instruments

Whats going on with that? Its bad too! Hospital says they have water treatments in place. But we are always having to remove lime build up around washer doors! Is it the steam? Can we put filters or something on the units? Are there co that deal directly with this problem? We are not getting much help from within hospital, they just keep telling us the water is treated as recomended. All our washers and sterilizers are Steris, they tell us its a hospital issue :eek:
