What is your hospitals standards for gloves used in decontam? Please share product information. (ie. manufacturer and manufacturer numbers) Thanks.

At our facility, we use gloves in decontam from a company called Sage Products, Inc. The company's nomenclature for the gloves is Sage - HiRisk Powderfree Latex Gloves. The ladies that work here use size medium (PN 932480-1), and I like the large size (932483-1). I frequently work in decontam, and I have had very few instances of the gloves being torn or punctured.

That is what we are currently using as well. Doing research on what if any thing new was out there. Thanks for the info.
