What kind of problem specifically are you having?

Are the packs coming out wet? Are your indicators not turning?

Two possibilities (that you may have already considered) are the packs may be too big, or your sterilizer is not pulling sufficient vacuum. I have seen wet packs result from those causes.

Perhaps if you specify the problem, someone here may have experienced something similar.
