Job Decsription CSR Supervisor

This new format looks exciting but it may take some getting used to. I remember seeing a discussion a while back on job descriptions for Sterile supply technicians. I am looking for a job description for a CSR supervisor / manager. Can anyone direct me to the site that had this?
