Raising the Bar in Your Profession--For the Alternative Certification packages, does this mean that you have to give up the other certification that you hold or are you allowed to hold dual certifications?

Yes, you can hold dual certifications as long as you meet the requirements for renewal for both.
That means paying dues/fees and submitting the required CEUs to maintain each certification.

Hi Jennifer,
Yes, once you are certified with IAHCSMM, you are required to submit each year 12 CEUs with your membership dues ($40). This will maintain your IAHCSMM certification/membership. You will receive the Communique' every two months as an IAHCSMM member plus other discounts for educational materials and conference registration.
The alternative certification is free during the promotional period...you need not fill in the credit card information.
