Load control label guns

Hey I need your help and input. Besides the fact that these guns do not withstand autoclaving (LOL). I am trying to proove a point that this is not an uncommon occurance in SPD. Has this ever happened at your facility?

It happens frequently enough that everyone who comes into our department laughs when they see the big red tape letters on our sterilizer door, "NO GUNS."

LoL! We haven't autoclaved one for probably 3-4 years, but I can remember seeing a couple of them come out, what a mess! It is fairly common for a staff member to start looking for it and miss a heartbeat thinking they left it on only to find that it was left on the table.
