We are having a little bit of an agrument on when these should come out when placed into the incubator for 48 hours. If placed in the incubator say on a Monday should it come out on a Wednesday or a Thursday?

Let's see......48 hours from Monday..., multiply the numerator, divide the root square by the cosine, subtract by the current temperature in Pascagoula add the number of air exchanges....my guess..... they would be read on Wednesday!

LoL...the thing to remember is that these are read by hours, not by days, so strictly speaking, if the test goes into the incubator on Monday at 11am, it shouldn't be read until Wednesday at 1100am. We had a tough time getting our first shift to not read them too early, they wanted to come in and read them first thing in the morning.
