Please give me the requirements on the following issues:
1. Are scopes safe to handle without gloves,after disinfection? Do they need to be sterilized for repair?
2. Do loaner cases need to be sterilized in the autoclave,after use,if one does not have a washer sterilizer,to be transported by the rep?
Please,if possible give me documentation on this.

yes the scopes are safe to handle without gloves after terminal disinfection. you can send the scopes to be repaired the same way. we do all our instruments by hand we autoclave all our instruments before sending them out to the community with any rep they all know this, so they plan on that extra time, if you talk to your reps I am sure they will be happy to comply with your wishes.
