Things I Love About My Job

I have been going through some frustrating times at my job lately, but today I decided to concentrate on thinking about the positive side of what I do. Then I thought it would be nice to hear from others about the things that keep them coming back to work every day. So I would encourage everyone to post what they love about their job.

I will start with my favorite part of being a sterile processing manager. I love it when I can help someone in my department set a developmental goal and then achieve it. Seeing somebody achieve something they previously thought they could not do keeps me excited about my job.
