Can someone give me standards on storage of sterile kimguard wrapped items or sterile peel packs. Can these items be stored on the shelves next to items that are already sterile from the manufacturer? We have nurses who want to put items next to each other as a matter convienience and space is also an issue.

As far as I can recall, the rule is you can store any sterile item with other sterile items, but never with non-sterile items. We store factory sterilized items with facility sterilized items quite often.
