We have looked into EO sterilizing our labels but found that the gas may not completely penetrate the adhesive on the labels. We have been advised to purchase from a company that radiates labels. The only company on the market who is radiating pre-printed labels is Armac Surgical (sp?). They make a wonderful product called Pharmatags http://www.pharmatags.com and they will custom design the labels according to the medications that we use.

Previous methods for sterilizing labels have been performed by prevac sterilization. Is this method still within standards?
